Note: The MidX can be used with lightweight DSLR (uptp 2lbs in weight) in conjunction with an offset plate. The offset plate allows centering the weight of the camera over the MidX without which balancing will be difficult. Recommendations for offset plates are the Barbertech, or the Hague offset plate adapter. This is designed more to be used with lightweight camcorders in its stock configuration.
